INTRODUCTION AND IT’S BACKGROUND
Time is viewed as an inconclusively distinct and usable product. It
helps the idea of time through the organization. Human resources and
its functions controlled by associations can be improved over the span
of time or be changed with the passage of time; however, the main
resource that cannot be changed, controlled, obtained or put away is
time itself. Academic schedule is very crucial in the life of students it
can be very useful in a student's hectic schedule. It ensures that
students are well prepared, organized and focused to manage their
daily lives and complete academic assignments on time. It can lead to
improved success, however, this is a skill that students have to learn
and practice.
INTRODUCTION AND IT’S BACKGROUND
Learning how to manage your schedule in school is one of the most
important skills students can learn at school. Many students often
struggle with finding enough time to get their assignments or studying
done. This can cause them to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and
stressed. However, with proper academic scheduling, they can study
well and focus on all aspects of their school life. The Effectives of
having a proper academic schedule is the productive use of your time,
allowing you to get everything you had planned done. Strategic
management is critical in academic scheduling for face-to-face classes.
It entails identifying objectives, developing strategies, and carrying out
actions to achieve academic objectives.
INTRODUCTION AND IT’S BACKGROUND
Academic institutions can ensure that their schedules are efficiently designed
and resources are efficiently utilized to promote student success by
implementing strategic management.
The purpose of the study aims to provide students and teachers with a clear and
organized plan of classes, exams, and other academic activities that are required
to be completed throughout a given academic term or year. It also helps to
ensure that everyone involved in the academic process is aware of what is
expected of them and when, allowing for better time management and efficient
use of resources. Lastly, to help ensure that all necessary topics are covered
within a set timeframe, and allows students to plan their studies accordingly.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
Generally, this study aims to determine the Strategic Management of Senior High School Students to their Academic
Schedule in Face-to-Face Classes.

Specifically, this study will seek to answer the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of:

1.1 Name (optional)

1.2 Age

1.3. Sex

1.4. Grade level

1.5 Strand

2. What is the strategic management of senior high school students' academic schedules in face-to-face classes?

3. What are the problems of the respondents regarding on the academic schedules?

4. Is there a significant relationship between the strategic management of the senior high school students and their
academic schedules in face-to-face classes?
RESEARCH HYPOTHESES

H0: There is a significant difference between the strategic management of the


senior high school students and their academic schedule.
SIGNIFICANCE OF THE
STUDY
This research for the DWHS-D this study will improve the school in the development of
education. This study will foster new ways of enhancing knowledge, skills, and attitude, thus
preparing globally-competitive students in the future. This study will also help in the
advancement of school management, leadership, and the teaching-evaluation approach.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

• This study limits its coverage on the senior high school students. Its main purpose is to
determine their strategy in managing their academic schedule. Therefore, the respondents
will be randomly selected, consisting of 50 students from Senior High School of the Divine
Word High School of Dana-Ili. In this study, all information and conclusions drawn from
this study will be obtained only from a particular group of students. Wherein each of the
respondents is given the same questionnaires to answer. The purpose of this study is to
provide insights on the strategic management of the senior high school students of divine
word high school of Dana-il (DWSH-D) in their academic schedule in face-to-face classes
and how they will the students going to manage their schedule. The study focuses on the
current senior high school students of the divine word high school of dana-Ili school year
2022-2023.
DEFINITION OF TERMS

• For a better understanding of this study, the following terms are defined in the content of the
research,
• Academic Schedule - to provide students, faculty members, and staff with a clear
understanding of what is expected of them throughout the academic term, also include
information on classes, lectures, seminars, and other academic activities. academic schedule
refers to a timeline that outlines the various academic activities and events that will take
place during an academic period, such as a semester, quarter, or academic year.
• Face-to-face class- students have the opportunity to interact with their teachers and
classmates in person, which can facilitate better communication and collaboration. In
addition, face-to-face classes provide a structured learning environment with regular
schedules and routines that can help students stay focused and motivated.
DEFINITION OF TERMS

• Senior High School Students- Senior high school students are typically those who are in the
final two years of secondary education, Students begin to study in SHS the subjects that will
introduce them to their preferred career path.
• Strategic Management- Strategic management of students involves identifying their
strengths and weaknesses, setting clear objectives, and creating a plan to achieve these
objectives, also it includes the process of planning, executing, and evaluating the direction
and goals.
