General Steps

1. Select the account menu on Whoosh
2. Select the Refund Account Menu 3. Select the New Refund Account

B| Request Ticket Refund

1. Select My Ticket on Whoosh Mobile 2. Select Paid Menu and Choose Ticket 3. Select Refund Button, Choose Ticket
App Order to be Refunded, and Confirm

Note:
Refund requests less
than two hours before
departure will be
rejected.
