manual and fragmented system leads to inefficiencies in reservation handling, lacks transparent

pricing structures, and hampers effective communication with guests. These issues not only impact

digital age. In the absence of an up-to-date Web-based Resort Booking and Management System, the

Statement of the Problem

This study aimed to develop a website base business management and service system to have a more
organized way of collecting and organizing records of products, sales, customers and as well as the future
activities of the food business.
Specifically, this study sought to answer the following questions:
1. What are the problems encountered by the existing system?
2. What functions and features do the proposed system must include to meet the requirements of the
users?
3. What are the main advantages of the proposed website based business service and management
system to other manual managing system considering the following aspects:

Instrumentation

The testing will be done by the developer member. This phase will be done in
multiple parts. First was the creation of multiple accounts for the admin, and
customer for each possible scenario for receiving job order for the admin and for
the customer. It is being tested in localhost on developer’s computer. Each
function will be tested including the behavior of user interface, main flow of the
system , SMS API and Paymongo API which is used of confirming and online
payment method.

1. On further study the website has a potential not only to post available products yet to also
have an inventory system for the admin for the available products on their store.
2. To achieve the recommendation number 1, the website also need a further expansion of the
web domain to avoid an optimization issues that will affect the performance of the website.
3. The website has also a potential to add an additional APIs that will help the admin to add a
GPS and better ordering system that run through APIs that can pleased the customer on their
