 Importance of kindness
• Acts of kindness can make the world a happier place for everyone.
They can increase feelings of confidence, being in control, happiness
and optimism. They can also encourage others to repeat the good
deeds they have experienced.
 What is the kindness?
• Kindness can be a kind quality, this manifests itself in various
behaviors such as being kind, accommodating and affectionate,
perceived as generous, supportive, cooperative and
considerate.
 Kindness is a quality?
• The art of kindness involves harboring a helping spirit, being generous
and considerate, and doing so without expecting anything in return.
Instead of seeing it exclusively as an action, think of kindness as a
quality of being that you can cultivate.
