For deviated kill sheets and gauge problems – Following steps should be followed read the

questions and identify the method either driller method or W&W method.
1. In the given question first see the pump speed if the pump speed is low increase the SPM and if the pump
speed is high decrease the SPM. “ as in all methods pump should run on constant SPM”

2. Observe the given condition of the drill pipe pressure and casing pressure according to the situation.
3. We can add in given question plus 69psi for drill pipe pressure and tolerance is 0 for downward pressure.
4. If pressure as calculated is more then open the choke.
5. If pressure is less as calculated then close the choke.
6. In question if a problem is given identify the problem and take appropriate action.
7. Finally at the end of exercise observe the pressures as per killing method and draw further line of action.
