1.
CLIMATE CHANGE
The global temperature are rising, and are estimated to increase from 2.6 degrees
Celsius to 4.8 degrees Celsius by 2100. This would cause more severe weather, crises
with food and resources and the spread of diseases. The reduction of greenhouse
emissions and the spreading of education on the importance of going green can help
make a big difference. Lobbying governments and discussing policies to reduce
carbon emissions and encouraging reforestation is an effective way of making
progress with climate change.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE EFFECTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE:

• HOTTER TEMPERATURE, MORE SEVERE STORMS, INCREASED DROUGHT
• A WARMING AND RISING OCEAN, LOSES OF SPECIES, NOT ENOUGH FOOD
• HEALTH RISK, POVERTY AND DISPLACEMENT AND ETC.
2. VIOLENCE
VIOLENCE can be found in the social, cultural and economic aspects of the world.
Whether it is conflict that has broken out in a city, hatred targeted at a certain group of
people or sexual harassment occurring on the street, violence is a preventable problem
that has been an issue for longer than necessary.
Here are various forms of violence:

PHYSICAL VIOLENCE- it occurs when someone uses a part of their body or an object
to control a person’s actions.
SEXUAL VIOLENCE- it occurs when a person is forced to unwillingly take part in
sexual activity.
EMOTIONAL VIOLENCE- it occurs when someone says or does something make a
person feel stupid or worthless.
3. POLLUTION
Pollution includes ocean litter, pesticides and fertilizers, air, light and noise pollution. Clean
water is essential for human and animals, but more than one billion people don’t have access
to clean water due to pollution from toxic substances, sewage or industrial waste.
TYPES OF POLLUTION:
•Air pollution -is contamination of the indoor or outdoor environment by any chemical, physical or biological agent that
modifies the natural characteristics of the atmosphere.
•Water pollution-is the release of substances into bodies of water that makes water unsafe for human use and
disrupts aquatic ecosystems. Water pollution can be caused by a plethora of different contaminants, including toxic
waste, petroleum, and disease-causing microorganisms.
•Soil pollution- refers to the contamination of soil with anomalous concentrations of toxic substances. It is a serious
environmental concern since it harbours many health hazards.
•Radioactive pollution- also called radiological pollution, is the deposition of, or presence of radioactive
substances on surfaces or within solids, liquids, or gases, where their presence is unintended or undesirable.
•Noise pollution- noise pollution, or sound pollution, is the propagation of noise or sound with ranging
impacts on the activity of human or animal life, most of which are harmful to a degree. The source of outdoor
noise worldwide is mainly caused by machines, transport and propagation systems.
4. SECURITY AND WELL BEING

issue. Though it’s efforts with regional organizations and
representatives that are skilled in security, the U.N is working

world.

LACK OF EDUCATION

More than 72 million children throughout the globe that are of

the age to be in primary education are not enrolled in school.
