Culture
 Culture is the unique dominant pattern of
shared beliefs, assumptions, values and
norms that shapes the socialization,
symbols, languages and practices of a
group of people.
 Example:- Culture of Rajasthan
Organizational Culture
It is like a company`s personality- it`s the
way people in a workplace think, get, and
interact. It includes shared values, beliefs and
behaviors that shape how things get done
and how employees relate to each other and
the organization as a whole.

Example For
Organizational Culture
Google`s emphasis on innovation, collaboration,
and a relaxed work environment. This is
reflected in their flexible work spaces “20% time”
policy allowing employees to pursue personal
projects and a culture that values creativity and
continuous learning.
What Is Organizational Climate
 Organizational climate is the atmosphere or
environment of a workplace.
 It's created by the attitudes, behaviors, and

values of the employees and management.


 It can also include the physical and social

workplace environment.

 Culture shows the true image of the organization
whereas climate depends on individual`s perception
which differs.
 Culture is concerned with the macro vision whereas
climate is concerned with the micro vision of the
organization.
 Culture reflects the atmosphere of the organization
evolved over no. of years whereas climate reflects
current atmosphere.
