Crane Management System Easy Maintenance

Functions
1. Status condition display function 5. Data management function for operation
The remote I/O, limit switches and each operation status, etc. can be shown on the All operation data such as handling container and operation time are stored in the CMS
display. for each operation.

All electrical faults are stored in the CMS. When a fault occurs, the fault pop up
window will appear. The recovery instruction will be shown. Additionally, related

date for the parts are shown on the display.

3. Data traceback function at fault


When a fault occurs, the CMS will automatically store all data for a total duration of
10 secs. (8sec before and 2sec after).

All statuses on the CMS screen can automatically be accessible to the PLC
from the CMS.
4. Operation interlock display function
All electrical interlocks can be shown on the display in order to quickly find out
which interlock is activated.
8. Drawing auto-search function
All elementary diagrams are stored in the CMS and drawings can automatically be
