FERIA DEL MOLE 2023

 Mole is very delicius!!

 This year I went to “ La feria del mole” in the

Actopan municipality in Milpa Alta MexicoCity ,
this lasted from September 30 from october 22.
 27 restaurants and 2,000 families dedicated to mole
participated in the celebration. Also this event
included musical concerts, floor of dance and
mecánic games.
 Admission to the event cost 10 pesos, and tickets for
the music concerts ranged from 50 to 150 pesos
more less.
 There were many types of mole like the
mole verde or the mole rojo or the mole
rosa. And you could try each of these
dishes.
 The mole rosa was the most interesting
for me. The recipe es very interesting
doña Juanita from Taxco Guerrero
explained me how to prepares because
included some baked beet, almonds,
cinamon, chipotle pepper, pinions, white
chocolate, nuts, paeanuts, sesame, some
globes of garlic. Star anise,chiken broth .
tortilla toasted, salt and cicken breast
boiled among other things. And
basically the chef fried the seeds and mix
in the blender and brought with the
chicken broth and added some species.
The flavor of the mole rosa was new for
me was very delicious like sweet but
spicy.
 People were generally
happy enjoying tasting the
moles and enjoying the
music and the mechanical
games. I hope to go next
year.
