Pizza là món ăn phổ biến nhất trên thế
giới. Người dân châu Mỹ tiêu thụ bánh
pizza trị giá 33 tỷ đô la hàng năm.

Là một nhánh của lĩnh vực kinh doanh

đồ ăn nhanh (fastfood), doanh thu các
các chuỗi nhà hàng pizza, burger các
năm gần đây liên tục tăng.

Euromonitor từng định giá thị trường

pizza tại Việt Nam với quy mô đạt gần
120 triệu USD.
Cà rốt giàu carotene (chất này trong
cơ thể được chuyển hóa thành
Vitamin A) nên giúp duy trì thể lực,
giúp mắt phát triển.

cà rốt còn là một thực phẩm giàu

chất xơ,chứa hàm lượng calo và
chất béo thấp
Sử dụng bột cà rốt bổ sung vào công
thức đế bánh pizza:
+ Tạo tính mới, tính sáng tạo cho
