What are the advantages of using insert
pictures and videos in the presentation?

•By adding visual aids, and taking into account different

learning styles, including images and videos in a presentation
can improve comprehension and engagement.

Formatting Issues: I double-check formatting options and use

templates to correct my work, that caused by alignment
problems, and incorrect Format

What are the step by step process when you are inserting
picture/s and video in the presentation?
•Open the PowerPoint, Then decide which slide will contain the image or
video you want to insert. To choose a photo from your computer, click
"Insert"> "Pictures" after that. For video, choose "Insert" > "Video" and
choose the video file from your computer or an online source. Alternatively,
drag & drop the image right onto the slide. Alternately, you can insert a
video from a website like YouTube. Once you've done that, resize and
position the image or video on the slide as necessary.

How do Hyperlinks help when placing slides in
presentation?

•hyperlinks helps to connect to outside resources,

websites, or inside presentation slides. It improves
interaction by facilitating simple navigation and easy
access to more information without overcrowding the
presentations.
