3
INTRODUCTION

Begin the lesson by asking the students what

they know about numbers. Encourage them to
share their thoughts and experiences with
numbers. Then, explain that today, we are going
to explore numbers in more detail.

4
ACTIVITY 1: NUMBER
RECOGNITION (10
MINUTES):
Today, we're going to play a fun game to help us recognize
numbers. I'll show you some special cards with numbers on
them, and we'll learn to say these numbers together.

Let's start with the number 1. Can you say "one" when you
see this card? Great job! Now, let's try the number 2. Say it
with me: "two." Excellent!

(Show the number cards one by one, and encourage

students to repeat after you.)

5
ACTIVITY 2: COUNTING
AND GROUPING (10
MINUTES):
Numbers help us count things! Look at all these colorful buttons.
We're going to count and organize them.

Let's count together. One button, two buttons, three buttons, and
so on. Can you help me count?

(Count the buttons and place them in groups according to their

quantity. Then, add stickers with numbers on each group.)

See, when we have three buttons, we put three stickers, and we

say, "Three buttons!"

6
ACTIVITY 3: WRITING
NUMBERS (5 MINUTES):

Numbers are not just for saying; we can write them too! Here on the
whiteboard, I've written numbers 1 to 10.

Who would like to come up and trace the numbers with their fingers
while saying them out loud? Remember, it's like drawing the
numbers!

(Invite students one by one to trace the numbers on the whiteboard

while saying them.)

Great job, everyone! Writing numbers is a fantastic way to practice

and remember them.

7
CONCLUSION (5
MINUTES):
Wow, you did an amazing job today learning about
numbers! Numbers are like our friends; they help us count,
sort things, and understand the world better.

We've learned how to recognize numbers, count objects,

and even write numbers on the whiteboard. Numbers are
all around us, and they make our world more interesting
and fun.

Remember, the more we practice, the more incredible

things we can do with numbers. Get ready for more
exciting number adventures in our next lesson!

8
HOMEWORK
(OPTIONAL):
Give students a simple homework assignment, such as
counting objects at home or finding numbers in their
environment (e.g., on street signs or in books). This will
reinforce what they've learned during the lesson.

9
CLOSING REMARKS:

Numbers are like magic tools that help us understand and

describe the world around us. Remember, the more you
practice, the more amazing things you can do with
numbers. Get ready for more number adventures in our
next lesson!
