 Ageing farming population in the State (50-55 years)
 Youths are agent of change (Technology change and
ICT)
 Youths have sufficient latent energy
 Their involvement would reduce youth
unemployment in the State
 Agriculture, the best option of economy
diversification
 Reduce the menace of crime, militancy, kidnapping
among other social vices.

State lands for entrepreneurs

 There is a functional gas pipeline network in

the State that would ensure 24 hours supply
of electricity.

 Ibom Power Plant at Ikot Abasi is in good

shape to ensure 24 hours of electricity.

 Excellent
Security System: the State is the
most Peaceful State in Nigeria. It has the
minimum crime rate in the country.

 Because of the Peaceful disposition of the

State, Ecotourism, Hoteling; international and
domestic sporting activities such as Golf,
football etc. flourish abundantly in the State.

 TheState has an excellent intra and inter road

networks for easy evacuation of agricultural
and industrial products.

 The State has several locations with distinct
characteristics for demonstrations.

 We have cultivated the culture of collaboration

through our Public Private Partnership pursuit
policy.

 The State has sustainable PPP arrangement with

several multi-national companies. Example
Monsanto of Mexico among others

 There is Tax holiday and moratorium period of two year
for serious investors.

 The State has a culture of patronizing products produced

in the State. In the case of John Deere, the State will
ensure direct patronage of 500 tractors per year.

 The State is blessed with world class air port for

domestic and International flights

 The demand capacity in the State and in the region is

marvelous.
