ABSTRACTION
Craft isn't necessarily about art. It may just be a
manual skill set. For example, pottery is cast from a
mold and replicated so it isn't original. Or doing
embroidery x stitch where you are using a stencil. It
may look beautiful but doesn’t necessarily use a
creative process as much as a skill.

We can say that art is something that expresses emotions or imagination.


The craft has a tangible form (like molding, carving, etc.). It is the
creation of goods of a utilitarian nature to serve a human purpose. Art
appeals to the mind and makes the connection emotionally, whereas craft
only attracts people.
