MOTIVATION:

Ask students to share


experiences you encounter
when buying products and
having services.
What can you see in the pictures?
We can now tell from the pictures about the
experiences customers encounter during -
buying and having services.
Group Activity 1:
Group yourself into 3 members and each member will recall
on experience when you were dissatisfied with a product or
services. How did this affect your experience as a customer
and your patronage to the company? Then among
yourselves select the best experience and present it in the
class.

Individual Activity 2:
Choose one from the following offices or
service providers in your school. Study the
customer service provided by your chosen
service provider and propose improvements.
Prepare a presentation of work and report in
