Color breathing is a simple stress reducing activity.It involves
mentally picturing/meditating on a color that represents how
you want to feel,whilst letting go of the colour that represents
the stressors in your life.
Steps to be followed:
Step 1 – Sitting in a comfortable position
Step 2 – Breathing
Step 3 – Absorbing a positive colour
Step 4 – Releasing a negative colour
Step 5 – Continuing to breathe
Step 6 – Coming back to your awareness
