 Attendance Policy
a) Employee is Coming entire calendar month, he/she will get one day as
“ATTENDANCE BONUS”.
b) Employee is Late by 1 or 2hrs, his salary will deduct for that respective
hours mandatory.
c) Grace Time – Employee, Punch-In, will calculate only 3 days 15mins in a
month .
d) Employee is going out of Station, for work, Working hours has to
calculate double, for that particular day, double salary has to give.

 Leave Policy

a) Employee is giving 15days Prior Notice for Leave, One Day Salary will not Deduct, for that particular day. And,
Attendance Bonus also not applicable.
b) Employee is taking Leave on Saturday & Monday (Both Days) – 3 Days Salary Will be deduct as per company
norms.

 Shift Timings
a) 9.00 A.M – 6.00 P.M (Fix)
b) 9.00 A.M – 6.00 P.M (If More O.T Calculate)
c) 9.00 A.M – 6.30 P.M (Fix)
d) 9.00 A.M – 6.30 P.M (If More O.T Calculate)
e) 10:00 A.M – 6.00 P.M (Fix)
f) 10:00 A.M – 6.00 P.M (If More O.T Calculate)
g) 12.00 Noon – 6.00 P.M (6hrs Fix Salary No O.T)

 Addition/Deduction Policy
a) As Per Company Norms, One Extra Charges or Fine has to applicable.
b) Travel Allowance Extra, Tab Should be there.
c) Lunch / Uniform Fine Tab.

 Loan / Advance Policy


a) Employee is taking any advance it has to deduct on monthly basis, & on
request it can be alter option should be available too.
b) Retention / Security Amount tab require.

 Joining Letter / Resignation Letter
Employee, Joining Letter Template require with respective Designation &
Company Norms.

 Salary Slip
Employee Salary Slip through Message / Mail / Whatsapp

Other Requirements
PF, ESI, PT, TDS to calculation, Working History, Tenure in Company, Skills
Management, Performance Management, Working Inputs, Working History,
Legal Documents Tab Individual & Family Photo, Gratuity Calculation, Cabin
Head Authority, Time Lapse For Work Notifications, Monthly Quarterly
Performance records.
