Wings
Ingredients:
Garlic cloves chicken wings white onion Brown sugar

Salt and pepper to taste olive oil bee honey

Mustard butter tomato sauce


Preparation
• Yesterday I went to the supermaxi and bought
all the ingredients.

• I washed the wings and rubbed them with


lemon juice and then rinsed them.

For the sauce


1. Chop the onion and garlic cloves.

2. In a frying pan, put the butter and a little olive oil. Then I put the chopped onion and
garlic.

3. Once the onion and garlic are golden brown, I added all the other ingredients, except
for the wings, salt and pepper.

4. Stir constantly.

5. Flavor by adding salt and pepper until the sauce is reduced and thickened.
For the wings
1. I put the chicken wings in a baking dish.
2. Using a brush, add the BBQ sauce.
3. In the preheated oven at 180ºC, place the tray with
the wings and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
4. Turn the wings over and add another layer of BBQ
sauce.
5. I put them back in the oven for about 5 minutes
more.

Preparation time:1 hour


• You could add celery and carrots to give freshness to the
dish.
• You should put some potatoes cooked and not fried so
that it is not so greasy.
• You should not forget to add some mayonnaise.
• You should clean if the dish is stained to improve the
presentation.
