Traditional Questions to be asked:

 What can you tell us about yourself? Introduce yourself /Why do you want this
job?
  MOST IMPORTANT
 Talk about yourself that make you re unique compared to others, details not in
your resume and cover letter
 Talk related to the jobs, not something personal about your family
 Talk about things related to the organisation so you can connect, have the same
goals/objectives (mine- fighting crime and save the country millions of dollar
cleaning up graffiti)
Behavioral Questions to be asked:
 Tell me about a time when your team did not perform to its potential. How did you handle it?
 Give me an example of when you showed initiative and took the lead
 Tell me about the time when you received feedback on your performance and you disagreed with
the feedback. How did you handle the situation?
 Give us an example of how you have worked as part of a team.
 Give me an example of a time when you motivated others
 Have you ever noticed that someone at work was having a bad day? How did you know? What
did you do?
 How do you deal with conflict in the workplace?
 What has been your biggest accomplishment so far?
 What are your goals? Where do you see yourself in five years?
Technical Questions to be asked:

 How do manage a project?


 Solve a problem/questions about analysis
Interview preparation and questions

 Research the organisation and the interviewer (people addressed in the JD) on google

or LinkedIn (mine: their strategy in the next 5 years, what are they doing atm? What

do they want to achieve? Mission, Vision, value?)

 What to ask at the end of the interview:

 What type of skills are the team missing that you are looking to fill with a new hire?

 Is there anything we haven’t discussed that make you to select me?

Interview day

 Dress nice

 Arrive early

 Plan ahead of travelling time + parking + waiting

 Going in + Shaking hand and greeting the interviewers

 Be confident and do your best!
