Vitamins and minerals . Minerals are inorganic substances.

Once again only small amounts of
Vitamins are organic substances mineral are needed . If we consume
which only needed in certain more minerals than needed it may lead
amounts . If u do not have to various health conditions such as
enough of a vitamin , you may get gastrointestinal issues
a deficiency disease
Fibre
Fibre helps to keep the alimentary canal
working properly.
The alimentary canal is the part of the
digestive system through which food
passes through as it moves from the
mouth to the anus . Food moves
through the alimentary canal of
peristalsis.
The muscles are stimulated to do this
when there is food in the alimentary
canal. Soft food do not stimulate
muscles very much. The muscles are
stimulated to do this when there is
harder less digestible like fibre. So
fibre help to keep the alimentary canal
working properly
