 I chose Winston Churchill as the topic of my research

paper because he was a really famous figure who did a
lot of important things for his country. I find him
interesting and thought it would be a really good subject
for this work.
 One of the most important reason is represented by the
fact that I am inspired by him and his decisions as a
leader during WW2 .

 Churchill : - was from the United Kingdom

 - was a politician.
 - was the Prime Minister of United Kingdom

 - helped lead his country and other countries

to win the war.
 - was also an artist and a writer

 I.1.ABOUT HIM AND HIS CHILDHOOD
 Churchill's mom was named Jennie
Jerome
 His dad was Lord Randolph Churchill
 Growing up, Churchill had a younger
brother named Jack and had also two
younger brothers called John Strange
Spencer-Churchill and Lord Randolph
Churchill Jr.
 Churchill also experienced the loss of his
two younger brothers ( John and
Randolph), who died at a young age,
leaving a lasting impact on the family.

MAN’
 The family of Winston Churchill played an
integral role in his life, providing support, love,
and inspiration.
 In 1908, Churchill married Clementine Hozier,
a remarkable woman.
 Together, Winston and Clementine had five
children. Their daughter Diana, named after
Churchill's mother, went on to have a career in
public service. Randolph, their firstborn son,
followed in his father's footsteps as a politician.
 Sarah, their second daughter, followed a life
in arts. Tragically, Marigold, their third child,
passed away at a young and the last daughter
they had is Mary.

CHAPTER II: POLITICAL CAREER
II.1.THE DEBUT IN POLITICS
Churchill's political career began in 1900, when he was
elected as a Conservative Member of Parliament (MP) for
Oldham
 Churchill had different jobs in politics. He was the
President of the Board of Trade, Home Secretary, First
Lord of the Admiralty, and even the Chancellor of the
Exchequer. These were big positions where he had a
say in important decisions for the country.
 Churchill became Prime Minister in 1940, a time when
Britain was facing the threat of Nazi invasion and the
horrors of World War II were unfolding.
II.2. DURING WORLD WAR I (1914-1918)
 At the beginning of the war, Churchill served as the First Lord of
the Admiralty. Basically, he was in charge of the British Navy. He
wanted to make sure that the Navy was strong and ready to
protect the country.
II.3. HOW WINSTON CHURCHILL LED BRITAIN TO VICTORY IN
THE SECOND WORLD WAR
Churchill's speeches were super inspiring. He knew how to use
words to motivate people and boost their spirits. One of his famous
speeches was the "We shall fight on the beaches" one. It gave people
hope and made them believe that they could beat the enemy.
Churchill also played a big role in forming alliances with other
countries. He worked closely with leaders like Roosevelt from the
United States and Stalin from the Soviet Union. They all worked
together to fight against the bad guys.
As Prime Minister, Churchill made important decisions about the
war strategy. He worked with the military leaders to plan and execute
missions. One of the most famous battles during the war was the
Battle of Britain, where the Royal Air Force fought against the German
Luftwaffe. Churchill's leadership and support were crucial in
defending Britain.

figure who did a lot of important things in his life. He was
a great leader and played a big role in World War II.

 He worked hard to build alliances and fight against the

enemies. His leadership and determination left a lasting
impact on the world. Overall, Churchill was a total legend
and his life and work continue to inspire people today.
