Aim
The primary objective of this project is to establish a construction waste management
system tailored specifically for the demolition of the designated old residential house. This
system is designed to effectively mitigate the environmental impact and minimize adverse
effects on the surrounding community through strategic waste reduction and disposal
measures.

OBJECTIVES
● Determine the types and quantities of waste
materials produced.
● Develop methods and approaches aimed at
reducing the production of waste materials.
● Minimize the amount of garbage that ends up in
landfills and establish procedures for sorting and
recycling waste materials.

ON SITE ARRANGEMENT
● The site must have cleaning crew to remove all the debris

from the demolition.

● The site will have sorting centre to separate the recyclable

materials.

● Workers must follow proper labelling and other necessary

guidelines.
Recyclable examples

● Wood can be sold to different manufacturers or used as fuel

● Concrete and Bricks can be crushed and used in base material in other

construction

● Glass can be crushed and melted to make new glass
