CMC-3 Fault Troubleshooting
CMC-3 Fault Troubleshooting
(Synergy application)
Once the lift is swithed to normal, the controller CMC-3 have 10 fault codes (*0, *1, …, *9) shown on the
displays that are very useful to detect and solve the different poblems that could ocurr.
Controller CMC-3 electronic board has also a led that iluminates in case of fault.
We have two groups of faults depending if they are blocking or not-blocking. Not-blocking ones disappear
if the fault cause disappears too; blocking ones disappear after a CMC-3 control board reset, of course if
the cause has also disappeared.
This troubleshooting instructions are specific for Synergy application, or for lifts with drive traction.
