Mixing bowl
200g strong flour Measuring jug
1 packet of yeast Round bladed knife
Sieve
1 tablespoon of oil Baking tray
1tsp of salt Tablespoon
1tsp of sugar Teaspoon
120ml of water Scales
Flour dredger

Method

1. Turn oven on to 200oC/ gas mark 7.


2. Weigh out the flour and measure the warm water, add
the packet of yeast to the warm water and mix
3. Sieve the flour and add the salt and sugar add a table
spoon of oil and a little of the yeast mix and stir, add the
remaining yeast mix and bring together
4. Turn onto the table and knead for 10 mins, add some
flour to the table if sticky
5. Place back in the mixing bowl cover with cling film and
leave to rise for 20mins
6. Knock back the dough and make 6 even sized rolls
7. Place in the oven for 15—20 mins
