•Kingdom Animalia is the largest kingdom out of the other
kingdoms

•Animals are multicellular organisms (organism with more than 1

cell) without cell walls or chlorophyll and are heterotrophs (an
organism that eats other plants or animals for energy and nutrients)

•Most animals reproduce sexually by means of fertilization

•Ecologically, animals occupy the level of consumers that can be
subdivided into:

1.Herbivores (Plant eaters)

2.Carnivores (Animal eaters)

3.Omnivores (Both plant & animal eaters)
