 Where I Was

• I was in Tarpon Springs, FL.

• Tarpon Springs is in between Clearwater and
Tampa, about 30 minutes away from each city.
• My friends and I stayed at my roommate’s
grandparents’ house.

 •We drove!

How I Got There •Four of us drove in a little Honda Civic, 14 hours to Tarpon
Springs.
•We were all crunched in our seats, but it was worth it!

Why I Did It
• Who wouldn’t want to go to Florida and be
on the beach?!
• We went to the beach, swimming, and
tanning each day that we were there.
• We drove and stayed at my roommate’s
grandparents’ house to save money, so we
all wanted to go to FL, especially when it
would be a cheaper trip.
• We paid for gas, and whenever we wanted
to go out to eat or shopping. But my
roommate’s grandparents cooked for us a
lot so that we could save money.

Who Was With Me
• My three best friends were with me:
• Megan – My roommate (we stayed with her
grandparents)
• Leah – She split the driving with Maddy
• Maddy – She provided us with her car to drive
down there 
• Megan and I got to be little princesses in the backseat


Would I Do it
Again?
• Absolutely!
• It was such a fun and relaxing
vacation.
• I got very tan 
• Compared to my other friends that
went to FL for spring break, that
bought plane tickets and stayed in
hotels, my friends and I saved so
much money by driving and staying
with Megan’s grandparents.
