AT AIRPORT
TRAVEL POST COVID 19
 OBJECTIVE

 As we prepare for resumption of operations, it’s imperative that flow of

passengers is reviewed with various Social distancing restrictions for seamless
ground operations.
 Time taken at each passenger Touch point is studied to ensure minimum
impact on Schedule.
 Deliver Pristine Customer services to valued passengers.
 Content:
 Flow of passengers at Airport.
 Activity at each passenger touch point.
 Time taken at each touch point.

 ENTRANCE AT AIRPORT
 All passengers are required to do Web
check in for departure flights.
 Passengers should have printed
boarding cards.
 In case Passengers do not have Boarding
cards they can contact the Airline Help
desk / Offices at Airport.
 CISF staff will check boarding pass and
Identity proof for entrance.
 APHO will conduct Thermal scanning for
each passenger before entering Airport.
 Expected Time : 05-06 mins for each
passenger.
CHECK IN AT COUNTERS
 Passengers with check in baggage
will approach check in counters to
deposit baggage.
 Staff at counters will ask for flight
number / seat number for updating
baggage in system.
 Weight of baggage will be updated
in system and baggage tag printed.
 Baggage will be accepted an
inducted to the inline system.
 Expected time : 02-04 mins per
passenger.
SECURITY HOLD
 Passengers will exercise social
distancing and go through security
check at Airport.
 Expected time : 15-20 mins per
passenger (including waiting and
processing time)
BOARDING GATE / AEROBRIDGE
 Passengers will scan boarding
passes at Boarding gate.
 Staff at boarding gate will hand
over the PPE kit to passengers.
 Staff will monitor boarding control.
 Staff will collect boarding stubs.
 Do sequential boarding for
passengers.
 Expected Time : 02- 04 mins per
passenger.
ARRIVAL BAGGAGE BELT
 All arrival baggage will go through
UV baggage tunnel.
 Baggage for each flight will be
delivered at different Baggage belt
to avoid crowding.
 Passengers will have to maintain
social distancing and baggage
delivery will have to be staggered
to maintain same.
 Expected Time : 07-10 mins per
passenger.
EXIT AT DESTINATION

 All passengers will exit and leave as per existing practices

while maintain social distancing.
