the world.

Annamalai founded Ampere in 2008 with the goal of making eco-

BYJU’S
Byju's is an Indian educational technology company founded in
2011 by Byju Raveendran.

It offers a learning app providing interactive video lessons,

quizzes, and practice tests covering various subjects and
competitive exams.

Byju's uses adaptive learning technology to personalize the

learning experience for each student. The company has
expanded internationally and is recognized for its innovative
approach to education.
WHY BYJUS FAILED?

 One of the primary reasons for Byju's downfall was its deviation from its core mission of
delivering high-quality education.
 Byjus failed due to financial mismanagement.
 Bad decisions and inconsistent financing prevented the corporation from paying its obligations.
Company disagreements and leadership instability hurt BYJU'S operations.
 Byjus gradually shifted its focus to selling hardware items. This strategic shift diluted its core
value proposition and alienated customers who were initially attracted to its innovative
educational services.
