Wire harnessing is a critical aspect of electric vehicle (EV) design,
ensuring efficient communication between various components. This
research delves into the application of SolidWorks Electrical software for
wire harness design in EVs. Through a comprehensive case study
focusing on the E-BAJA off-road vehicle, we showcase the utilization of
SolidWorks Electrical in streamlining wire harness design, specifically for
an analog circuit approach. By examining the practical implementation of
analog circuits in controlling E-BAJA's components, we highlight the
effectiveness of SolidWorks Electrical in optimizing wiring layouts and
enhancing system reliability.
