together of a number of people in one place,
to carry out a particular activity.

•Work with exhibitors & lecturers
•Make floor plans
•Arrange for security

•In general, a meeting planner is responsible in every aspect of the


event
•He / She need to look at every detail of the meeting to ensure
smooth progress
