What is Vibration insulator?
A vibration isolator safeguards critical aircraft
systems by reducing excessive vibrations,
preventing damage to instrumentation, avionics,
and engine components.
How does vibration insulator work:
Passive vibration isolators have mass,
spring, and damping elements.

They work like a filter for vibrations,

reducing their impact on surfaces.

Natural frequency determines how

effectively vibrations are reduced.

Damping dissipates energy to reduce

vibration levels.

Isolators work in both directions, isolatin

the source from the surface and vice ver

Aerospace vibration insulation
application
 Aeronautical equipment needs protection on ground, during
loading, and in flight.

 Wire rope isolators provide high-performing solutions for

shock and vibration in aerospace and defense.

 Engineered isolators act as stabilizers and buffers in

challenging environments.

AEROSPACE VIBRATION ISOLATORS
FOR AVIATION

 Excessive vibration in fixed-wing aircraft causes fatigue

and discomfort for passengers and crews, damaging
instrumentation and avionics.

 It shortens the service life of critical components like

exhaust systems and supply lines.

 Rotary-wing aircraft, with their increased complexity,

are at risk in extreme vibration environments.
