Our team's name is Sequim Space Shrimps.

We chose this because we live in Sequim. We
chose this photo because there is a picture of
a shrimp in space because we are the Sequim
Space Shrimps. The design represents our
mission to go to space. How our design
represents the team and the team's
community is by showing that the Artemis
project is related to the moon by the shrimp
being in the moon and the animal we chose to
be on the moon was a shrimp because we
think shrimps are cool.

For this mission we are gardening on the moon.

We know that growing plants in natural light in
space can be fatal for the plants and fatal for us
with no food. So, we had a seed in varying light
and a seed in constant light. We found out that the
seed in varying light grew more and the one in the
UV light which was our constant light. This may
have also been because our UV light was
producing heat which could have dried out the
plant.
