All-purpose sanitizer (APS)


• Organic chlorine based powder
FREQUENCY OF CLEANING
Daily, every 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and Closing Hour

9:00 AM
11:00 AM Follow steps #1-11 of the cleaning procedure
1:00 PM for the FIRST Chamber of mixing tank only

10:00 PM or closing
Follow steps #1-11 of the cleaning procedure
to BOTH chambers (1st and 2nd chambers) of
mixing tank

IMPORTANT! Prepare first the following:
Grease box lined with two (2) black
Ice cubes
garbage bags

During Operating Hours

STEP #1

 Open the steel cover


of the 1st chamber of
the Mixing Tank

MT CLEANING PROCEDURE: Hours

STEP #2

Scoop out accumulated


grease and other solid
wastes using the CGT/MT
Skimmer to reduce volume
of oil and grease and
prevent clogging

Dispose collected wastes


into the grease box

STEP #4
Once half-filled, tie the
garbage bag properly to
avoid spillages then
transfer to the garbage
room for pick-up by the
garbage collector

 Pour 1 cup (containing 10
sachets) of APS powder all
over the 1st chamber of
mixing tank

 Let it stand for about 20


minutes

NOTE:
It is recommended to
transfer first the contents
of the 10 sachets of APS
into a 2.5 oz cup. Then,
using the powder in the
cup, evenly pour in APS to
the surface of the
wastewater in the
chambers of the Mixing
Tank.

After 20 minutes, using
CGT/MT skimmer, scoop
out the sludge/
precipitates that
accumulated at the
surface of the
wastewater in the 1st
chamber of mixing tank.

Dispose collected
sludge/precipitates into
the grease box

 Tie the garbage bags
from the grease box
properly to avoid
spillage.

 Transfer it to the
garbage room for pick-
up by the solid
waste/garbage collector.

 Open the steel cover

the Mixing Tank

Remove and wash


the cover of Filtration
Basin/s.

STEP #3
Lift out the filter
media (orange electrical
conduits)

 Wash using a garden


hose or pail of water.

 Return media at its


original place
