CASE 1

Ayub ali , 56 years old presents with the complains of


1. History of RTA 15 days back.
2. Painful ulcerative lesion over the right feet
LOCAL EXAMINATION

• Look

An ulcer about 6*6 cm present over the medial portion of right feet.
Discharge -present

• Feel
• Raised local temperature
• Tenderness - present
• Move

Not Restricted
• NVS

Intact
• Diagnosis
• Non healing ulcer in medial Aspect of RT foot

• Treatment

• Debridement
CASE 2

• Emon miah, 26 years old, presents with the complains of


1. F/u case of monteggia fracture dislocation
2. History of ORIF with DCP 2 years back
LOCAL EXAMINATION

• Look

No swelling
Scar mark – present
• Feel

Non – tender
Temperature –not raised
• Move

Not Restricted
NVS -
Intact
• Diagnosis :
• United monteggia # (Rt) with implant in situ

• Treatment:
-conservative treatment
Plan : implant removal
CASE 3

Faruk Ahmed, 47 years old, presents with the complains of


• Pain in the right shoulder for 4 month.
• Difficulty in shoulder abduction for 4 month.
LOCAL EXAMINATION

• Look

Rt aram was adducted

• Feel

Tenderness – Present.
Move
Restricted over 15°
• NVS

Intact
• Diagnosis
Rotator cuff syndrome
• Treatment:

• analgesic
CASE 4

• Rakib , 9 years old, presents with the complains of


1. Infected wound in heel (lt) following entrance of FB 7 months back.
2. Purulent discharge from entry site for 5 months.
LOCAL EXAMINATION

• Look
• Wound over left heel measuring 2*2 cm.
• Feel
1. tenderness - present
• Move – Not restricted.
• NVS – Intact.
• Diagnosis
• Infected wound following FB impection
• Treatment
• Antibiotic
• Analgesic
• Wound exploration and removal of FB.
CASE 6

• Laila begum , 65years old, presents with the complains of


1. Multiple bullous lesion Over the ant surface of leg, both hand, angle of mouth for 4
days.
2. H/O discharge from bulous lesion for 4 days
LOCAL EXAMINATION

• LookMultiple bulous lwsion over ant surface of leg, both forearm, angle of mouth .
• Discharge - present

• Feel
Local temperature – not raised
• Move – Not Restricted.
• NVS – Intact.
• Differential diagnosis
• Cellulitis
• Drug reaction

• Treatment:

• Antibiotic
• Analgesics
• Dressing
• Limb elevation
