 Face shouldn’t be too high or low
Camera should be at face level
 Maintain about arms length distance
Light should be in front ,not behind
Background Should be Preferably Clean or Minimalistic
Ensure nobody moves behind you and avoid background noises

How to Look Presentable in Online Presentation

Always keep camera ON unless asked not to do so and also insist

upon the participants to turn on their video so that there is a connect
with the participants
Keep the mike mute when not speaking
Rename to ensure your name appears on screen
Be still , Do not move a lot or figit
Eating not considered OK
Sipping coffee, tea or water OK
Speak in normal tone, Do not Shout

 Be on time or 2-5 Min early

 Dress appropriately
 You may have to stand
 If finished presenting, inform and say Thank You
 Stick to the time limit
 Always have paper and pen ready for taking note
 Don’t let others wait when you are searching for it
