CCM Requirements
New CCM Requirements Requirement 1: Proposal Development The Global Fund requires all CCMs to: -Coordinate the development of all funding applications through transparent and documented processes that engage a broad range of stakeholders - including CCM members and non-members in the solicitation and the review of activities to be included in the application -Clearly document efforts to engage key population groups in the development of funding applications, including most-at-risk populations for HIV in the case of HIV applications. CCMs are required to put in place and maintain a transparent, documented process to solicit and review submissions for possible integration into the proposal, and ensure the input of a broad range of stakeholders, including CCM and non-members, in the proposal development process.
