Are the choices that you are making supporting your personal well-
being and your career goals?
Are there certain aspects of your life that you want to
change/improve for the better?
Are you living a healthy life?
In this course we will look at how leading a
healthy lifestyle includes a connection
between body, mind, and spirit
We will be talking about:
◦ How we can make better choices regarding our
current lifestyles
◦ How our environment, education, age, gender,
background, social groups and so much more
affect our choices & overall health
◦ The biggest topics that impact our lives
