 the compon still have high thikness
so that there is a clear border with
the pure tire

 when can pull the compon easily


and there is no such residu on the
pure tire

 the compon looks be a unity with the


pure tire.
 the edge of compon almost looks flat
as well as the pure tire
 when we pull it of, it is dificult and
give a residu on pure tire.

Other studies have shown results that patches with temperatures below 70oC have not shown compound that
blends with the original tire (Arsana, Gufron, & Ariyanto, 2017).
RESULT AND DISCUSSION

The thickness of patch's result


Temperature of the thickness of  previous studies show that the best patches are
water in patching patch result (mm) obtained when the tire temperature reaches 117oC for
(oC) patches for 2 minutes (Ashari, Mufarida, &Efan, 2016).

Pada penelitian didapati bahwa penambalan
pada suhu sumber panas 90oC memiliki
struktur morfologi kompon yang paling baik
(terlihat menyatu dengan ban asli serta
ketebalan kompon paling rendah)
Struktur morfologi kompon serta daya rekat
hasil penambalan dipengaruhi oleh suhu
dan waktu penambalan.
