 Used to ignite the fuel in the cylinder

 compressing the fuel

 Connecting rod
 a link that connects the piston and the crank shaft

 Crank
 is a lever connected to connecting rod and the crankshaft
 Crank case
 encloses the crankshaft
Ports

1. Inlet port
 Charges gets admitted

2. Transfer port
 Transfer of charges
3. Exhaust port
 Burnt gases are discharged
Deflectors and Fins

 Deflectors-
 Gives a direction to the burnt gases to move
out of the cylinder smoothly.
 Fins-
 Increase in contact area results immediate
heat exchange.
