BOTTLE GOURD JAM

Rationale

 Bottle gourd jam is a sweet preserve made from


bottle gourd, sugar.
 It’s a popular homemade jam in some regions,
known for its unique flavor and health benefits.
 To make it, bottle gourd is grated and cooked with
sugar until it thickens into a jam-like consistency.
Objectives

To develop an innovative product


1. To produce a healthy and delicious bottle gourd
jam
Ingredients:

Bottle gourd 500g


White sugar 300g
Unsalted butter 50g
 Matcha powder 10g
Materials:

Knife
Bowl
Blender
Chopping board
 Jar
Procedures

 Peel the bottle gourd


 Slice the bottle gourd and remove the seeds.
 Then slice into small cube
 Put the bottle gourd into the blender and wait until the
texture fine
 Drop the bottle gourd in the pan
 Add 300 grams sugar and mix
 Add 50 grams unsalted butter and mix it
 Add 10 grams matcha powder and keep mixing
 Put the finish product into the jar
