Paper conversion on

template
• First you need to make your paper on the word document.
• In the word document number of question or distractors should not
be mentioned.
• The pattern of MCQ should be that no space between the sentences
and the options.
• In the end mention the correct answer in capital letter after two
spaces.
• The example is shown on the next slide.
• Once you have made all the 100 MCQS now you need to convert the text
document into table format.
• Step 1:select the whole document
• Step 2: go to insert option ,click on table
And click convert text to table.
Step 3 : in columns option select 7 columns
Then press OK.
step 4 :your whole document would
appear in table form having 7 columns as
shown in this picture.

You need to check the complete

document. All answer options need to
come in the last column.
If you see any kind of error as shown in
this picture, then you need to check the
line spacing once again.

Once your word document is ready in

tabulated form now it is needed to be
shifted on paper template.
You need to select and copy the tabulated
document
Step 5 :the template looks like this . No
changes are to be done in it except the
ones highlighted in yellow.

Next you have to double click on

(question ) circled in the picture.

As you click this window will open in front

of you .
• Now you will keep arrow on the first line and select it from question
up to key.
• Before this you have already selected the table in the word
document .

• After this you need to paste the table from word document here and
it will copy the complete paper.
At the end you will see this, and you need to press OK if
your 100 MCQS are pasted here.
