 Biography
• Anthony Romeo Santos was born on July 21, 1981 in The Bronx, New York, United
States. His passion for music began at a very young age when he participated in the
local church choir and began to compose his own songs. He has always been a fan of
bachata, even when it was not a popular genre.

• He was born into a lower-class, working-class family in which his father was a
bricklayer of Dominican origin and his mother was a housewife who came from Puerto
Rico. He grew up with his sister and his memories were full of Latin culture. With a lot
of effort he managed to get closer to the world of music and achieve his goals.
