Respondents were recruited as per client requirements in Hotels, Restaurants, Supermarkets, Online Grocery shopping platforms, Wet markets and Catering
We used a mixed methodology of CAPI and CATI to conduct interviews with these audiences
Our project management team worked alongside the client to help improve and optimize the questionnaire to ensure the right questions are being asked to the right set of
audience
Briefing sessions were conducted with the field team to help them understand the study objective, recruit the correct respondents & conduct the interviews effectively
We had assembled a team of interviews who could speak English and Mandarin so as to overcome the language barrier faced in the wet markets
Result
• Course5 team ensured to take care of the operational aspects and provide client with high quality data along with additional information gained through our field teams to help
them better understand the ground scenario and make the best strategic business decisions
