rid of the inflating aspect of our product
due to costs.

Process where error/issue is found: Neckline was too tight/ uncomfortable for the user.

What is the error/change that could be made: Neckline was too tight/ uncomfortable for the
user.

Why is this a problem: If the product does not meet the user’s needs, it won’t sell.

Solution to fix the problem: More accurate measurements, using a human model to resolve our
issue.

Why would this solution work: It would increase the likelihood of customer dissatisfaction
which in turn would lead to less sales overall.

OF
DESIGN

Our final prototype design was the best choice


for our company for many reasons. It, unlike
our mock-up actually fits human models in a
snug and sleek way.
The design also incorporates our intended
technology and has weight slots and self-heats.
