The purpose of this
document is a manual for
a certain pump. It shows
how the pump is installed,
start-up, operations,
maintenance and
troubleshooting of the
pump.
Audience

The Audience of the document targets the technicians in

the workspace preferably, the document acts as a guide for
the employees to understand the pump they are using for
the job. This document is used to prevent injuries and
provide safety to the technician.
Contrast
The contrast of the
document are the
symbols and bold
lettering for the reader
to see first.

The precautions signs

are apart of the
contrast, to draw in
important information.
Repetition
The document provides repetition by showing lettering as well
as numbering of the pages for the content.

The size of the font are all the same.

Alignment is where the

document shows a clear
and organized plan for the
readers to understand and
direct the technicians to
the right area of
information.

A series of warning
precautions are grouped in
boxes to help the reader
understand what information
is being provided.

All the information inside the

boxes are going to be related
to what the manual is trying to
tell the technicians.
Conclusion

In conclusion, a well organized manual is needed for the

technician to locate and troubleshoot any problems that
occur with pumps inside the workspace.
