• Day 1 : Mushroom : Theory ,concepts, uses, value addition.


Mushroom as an agribusiness activity, as opportunities
• Day 2 : Importance of mushroom cultivation, cultivation procedure of
oyster ,milky and paddy mushroom.
• Day 3: Demonstration on preparation of beds or bags
• Day 4: Mushroom processing and preservation , drying ,pickling etc.
Demonstration on preparation of value added products.
Day 5 : Establishment of mushroom unit or farm.
