BRIDGE & ALLIED AREAS
1)Expansion of Bridge, including but not limited to, site inspection, planning, setting the foundations, piers
& bridge supplies, completion of super structure, final quality & safety inspections.
2)Construction of central green belt on Bridge
3)Construction of service area of Bridge for pedestrians
4)Construction of retaining wall of Bridge (RCC & fancy metal design)
5)Installation of light poles between the Bridge - at green belt
EXISTING ENTRANCE GATE & ALLIED AREAS

1)Uplifting of existing entrance gate, including but not limited to, fixing of travertine marble all
around the surface, re-paint of sign-age & placement of green plantation on the roof top.
2)Beautification of walls E & F & landscaping infront
3)Cordon-off the Right & Left service areas by green fence
4)Construction of bunkers on Right & Left sides of road

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
OBLIgATIONS Of THE CONSULTANT
1.The Consultant shall perform Services as an independent consultant in accordance with recognized international standards,
applicable laws and regulations.

2.The Consultant shall appoint a Project Manager (Professional Engineer), who shall represent the Consultant for purposes of this
Agreement and shall be responsible for the administration of the Agreement including performance of Services thereunder. He shall
remain in contact with the representative of the Client to keep him fully informed on all matters relating to the provision of Services
by the Consultant.

3.The Consultant shall carry out the Services with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with sound engineering
practices.
4. The Consultant shall act at all times so as to protect the interests of the Client and shall take all reasonable steps to keep all
expenses to a minimum consistent with sound economic and engineering practices.
5.The Consultant shall furnish the Client such information relating to the Services as the Client may from time to time reasonably
request.

6.Except with the prior written approval of the Client, the Consultant shall not assign or transfer the Agreement for Services or any
part thereof nor engage any other independent consultant or sub-contractor to perform any part of the Services.

7.The Consultant agrees that no proprietary and confidential information received by the Consultant from the Client shall be disclosed
to a third party unless the Consultant receives a written permission from the Client to do so.

OBLIgATIONS Of THE CLIENT

The Client shall provide to the Consultant:

1.All necessary data/documents/reports, as listed in Appendix A, that may be required


by the Consultant for performing the Services within the Time Schedule given in
Appendix B.

2.The Client shall designate a person named in Appendix D to act as its representative
on all matters pertaining to this Agreement and to fully cooperate with the Project
Manager of the Consultant.

3.The Client shall take all necessary measures to make timely payments to the
Consultant as stipulated in Article 5, hereof.

OBLIgATIONS Of THE CLIENT

The Client shall provide to the Consultant:

1.All necessary data/documents/reports, as listed in Appendix A, that may be required


by the Consultant for performing the Services within the Time Schedule given in
Appendix B.

2.The Client shall designate a person named in Appendix D to act as its representative
on all matters pertaining to this Agreement and to fully cooperate with the Project
Manager of the Consultant.

3.The Client shall take all necessary measures to make timely payments to the
Consultant as stipulated in Article 5, hereof.

PROJECT Blue Bird Consortium, against all the Consultancy Services, as mentioned earlier, will
CONSULTANCY charge an amount equivalent to 12% of the total Project Cost.
REMUNERATION

SCHEDULE Of 1.An up-front amount equivalent to 20% of total Project Consultancy Remuneration shall be
PAYMENTS charged by Blue Bird Consortium at the time of Consultancy Contract
2.Balance 80% shall be equally divided into 5 monthly episodes i-e., 16% of the total Project
Consultancy Remuneration at start of every month.
3.If the Project tenures exceeds 6 months, then additional amount may be charged
accordingly.

* An amount of 1 Million may be the Contract Amount, till the actual Project Cost is
calculated by Blue Bird Consortium, under this Contract. The amount then, will be adjusted
in 20% up-front Contract Amount.
