1. •Most of existing officers / officials either reported to
Replacement of existing officers / HRD or replaced;
officials & filling up vacant posts
•Case file sent to HRD Dte for filling up various vacant
posts (officers/officials).

•AD Technical posted.


•EMO posted but proceeded on leave.
•AO R posted but not joined yet.
•Posting of requested Ministerial staff still awaited
from HRD.

2. • Major stationery items provided to all sections /
Demand of Budget from Finance offices.
Wing for Provision of stationery,
office equipment / IT equipment • Case file moved to Finance wing for allocation of
funds to meet the necessary official requirements like
copier etc

3. •Admin Dte has allocated new rooms for L&R Dte.
Shifting of all L&R Offices on same •Shifting is going to start soon after availability of

4. Adding up modules in existing •NRTC systems to be reactivated after shifting.

Dte shall be activated where and individual / applicant
with his cnic can trace progress of his/her file.

5.Computerization of record. •Index containing basic info of files in record rooms / offices
to be entered in excel sheet. Working over it has been started.
•Red Entry Register to be entered in excel sheet.
•Das to maintain computerized allotment register.

•In next phase, IT Dte shall be asked to develop a RECORD


MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RMS) containing computerized
record of all files.

•Layout plans of required sectors /areas from Planning Wing


CDA.
•Match the available record with that of maps. This will give
number of allotted plots, vacant plots, and will surface
missing files, double allotment files, bogus files etc

6. A public notice in dailies to be published ;

“L&R DTE IS UPDATING / COMPUTERIZING


THE LAND RECORD. IN THIS REGARD,
GENERAL PIBLIC ALLOTTEES ARE INFORMED
TO DEPOSIT THEIR PLOT/PROPERTY FILES IN
L&R DTE WITH IN 15 DAYS. ANY FILES
PRODUCED AFTER GIVEN DATE SHALL BE
CONSIDERED AS BOGUS”.

7. •Existing CCTV camera setup to be updated once
ACTIVATION OF CCTV CAMERS. shifted to new location.

•CCTV cameras to be activated in corridors, record


rooms and especially DA rooms under control of
Security Dte.

•Access / live view to be available on DDG office on

8. •A room has been dedicated as public facilitation desk
Establishment of Public Facilitation to address queries and provision of information
Desk related to their cases in addition to the online tracking
system.

•Once shifting is done, this room shall be established.

•General Public / applicants shall not be allowed to


visit the offices/ DA rooms except that of DG/Dir office
during announced hours.
