About Jonathan McKinstry :

Jonathan McKinstry was the head coach of the Uganda men's national football team from 2019 to 2021. He was appointed
to the role in September 2019, replacing Sébastien Desabre.

McKinstry is a Northern Irish football coach who has worked in Africa for most of his career. He previously worked as the
head coach of the Rwanda national team and the DR Congo national team.

In his 18 months in charge, McKinstry recorded a 67% win rate from 18 games, including 12 wins, 3 draws and only 3
defeats. This represents the best 'win' and 'undefeated' record of any Uganda national team coach in over 15 years.

McKinstry led Uganda to victory in the 2019 CECAFA Cup, winning all 6 games throughout the tournament. He also
guided Uganda to their highest ever FIFA World Ranking of 64th in 2020.

Since his appointment, they have won 3 of their 4 T20I & ODM matches, a win rate of 75%.

About Milutin Sredojevic :

Milutin Sredojevic is a Serbian football manager who currently serves as the head coach of the Uganda national football
team. He was appointed on 27 July 2021 and signed a 3 year contract.

Sredojevic has a long and successful career as a coach, having managed clubs in Africa, Asia, and Europe. He has won
trophies in all of these continents, including the CAF Confederation Cup with Orlando Pirates in 2015

With Uganda, Sredojevic has led the team to the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations, their first appearance in the tournament
since 1978. The team also reached the final of the 2022 CECAFA Cup, where they lost to Tanzania.

Sredojevic is a highly successful coach with a proven track record. He is a good fit for the Uganda national team and is
sure to lead them to more success in the years to come.

Since his appointment, they have won 3 of their 4 T20I & ODM matches, a win rate of 66.66%.
