• 1 Case hypothesis is accepted ( Communication delay)


MAJOR FINDINGS
• 55 % of users are not using Chalo Card now
• Daily usage of Chalo Card has reduced to 12% from 38%
• Dissatisfied users are 35%
• 62% of users have encountered problems
• 78% users said problems are main cause of decline
• 73% users do not recommend Chalo Card to others
